When I paint, I am reminded of the opening line of an Edna St. Vincent Millay poem, "Oh World, I cannot hold thee close enough."

My world as an artist is filled with images. Some of these images are true to what I see. Others are a kaleidoscope of color and form that take shape within my imagination. My travels have taken me all over the world. I have painted my journey and hope that in some way I have taken you with me.
